| Description | Copies of individual inspection reports of the pig receivers, central core, riser and safety relief valve. Provides some general information of the equipment inspected, how the inspection was carried out, and a brief report of the findings. Where the inspection was not visual, e.g. ultrasonic thickness survey, details of the equipment used to carry out the inspection is given. Contains some diagrams and plans, usually showing positioning of weld or previous defect. There are colour photographs of the L 1502 Pig Receiver vent line before modification.
