| Administrative History | On behalf of the owners of MCP-01, Total E&P UK Limited held the statutory consultation of the MCP-01 Decommissioning Programme between 9th March and 25th April 2005. Under the Frigg Treaty, the UK and Norwegian authorities took a joint approach to the decommissioning of MCP-01, hence the UK’s usual 30-day consultation period was extended to 45 days to accommodate the Norwegian practice of longer consultation periods. |
