The first volume comprises sections on the External Structure Inspection, detailing what should be inspected, a description of them, the procedures to be followed and how the results should be recorded. The second volume contains similar details for the Internal Structure Inspection, and part of the pipeline. All six appendices missing. With diagrams of each part of the platform to be inspected. Some annotations. Some text faded.
The third volume is the Final Report, comprising an introduction, inspection results presented by structure, inspection programme log and two appendices: the RCV dive logs, current meter data, and three colour photographs showing the position of the equipment on the main deck. Photographs have slightly yellow hue. |
