Custodial History	These originals were retained on MCP-01 before being transferred to Total's offices onshore.
Description	Safety operators' completed handwritten forms. Provides date, time and safety operator on duty, with space for details of any occurrences and their cause, any exercises or drills, and routine duties plus comments. There is a complete run of two forms per day (night and day shifts) for every day in the period covered. Also includes memoranda concerning a minor incident requiring further documentation.
Appraisal	It was not felt that the series ran long enough to make sampling worthwhile or necessary, the reports have been retained in their entirety.
