| Description | The report was produced by a Steering Group specifically created to facilitate compliance with the thirty recommendations outlined in the 'MCP-01 Moonpool Incident 19 February 1998 Fatal Accident Report', and is intended to demonstrate how compliance has been achieved. The sections cover the introduction and executive summary; extracts from the Fatal Accident Report relating to the findings and recommendations; Steering Group minutes and Action Plan; and a brief summary of all the recommendations. The thirty appendices provide a more in-depth discussion of the recommendations. Also includes some supporting documentation. Some annotations and highlighting of text.
