Fisk advises Shirras that he has been in touch with Mr. Batchelder who advised him of his change in Shirras' personal circumstances and that he might think about relocating to America, as there maybe a post in Princeton. Fisk advises that took the liberty of contacting Dr. Kemmerer who is unable to do the post full time due to obligations after the war. Fisk admits that he is not getting on well with his book on American Public funding due to day to day work, but hopes to have a draft copy by early 1927. |
