| Description | Saint-Louis. Socio-economic report for OMVS. Stranded in Saint-Louis due to transport problems. Adams was given a SAED reported her area so falsely that it was malicious. Adams then explained how she was asked by SAED to help re-write the report so it was acceptable for publishing, but admitted she was pessimistic about it's impact. Director gave Adams the option of withdrawing her text from the report at any stage if she didn't agree with the changes that had been made. |
