Contains sermons, Orders of service and prayers in pencil in the hand of Macartney. One Order of Service for a Carols service. Locations include All Saints, Lovedale, Alice (Baptist Church). Several sermons are marked "St M's" or "St Machar's" with a later date, apparently preached again on that date. Also another short talk, marked "Christmas Day:: Lovedale: : The Hospital" and "Not preached" appears to be a children's Christmas talk. Another sermon is a retelling of Henry Van Dyke's poem, "The Fourth Wise Man". Other special occasions include Christmas Day, Opening of Session.
