DescriptionLetter to James Gordon of Letterfourie from Alexander Grant of Tochineal, Cullen, to cover a letter from Logie, advising him to provide for the Duffs ‘a habitation that can afford them bread with their own endeavouring’ which would prevent any cash going straight to his creditors, transactions, asking for permission to give his brother a tack on Badenshellie, if he is put in possession of James Sinclair’s place he is unlikely to remove him as long as he behaves as a good neighbour, but ‘he pilfers and destroys his grass in the night time’ so wants some control over him, wants a resolution concerning Alexander’s daughter, sorry that there is conflict between Gordon and Halloran’s executors, 23 July 1761
