Description	Minutes of meetings and annual general meetings of the North of Scotland & Orkney and Shetland Steam Navigation Company, recording the transfer of Company shares and sale in June 1890 of the 'St Olaf'. Letter, dated 4 February 1895, from Wick, relates to the stranding of the 'St Clair'. Manuscript and signed by president or vice-president.
