DescriptionMinutes of general and committee meetings of the partners of the Aberdeen Leith and Clyde Shipping Company, including details of transfer of Company shares and annual reports submitted to the shareholders on the state of the Company's business for the past year. The minutes mention the charting of several steamers and minutes from 4 March 1857 refer to the new vessel 'Prince Albert'. Manuscript and signed by president or vice-president.
