Description	Minutes of meetings and annual general meetings of the North of Scotland & Orkney and Shetland Steam Navigation Company, containing an undated list of work that was needed to be carried out on the M.V. 'Ninian'. Also includes copies of correspondence from 11 October 1960, relating to the offer by Coast Lines Ltd. to acquire all the issued Share Capital in the North of Scotland, Orkney and Shetland Shipping Co. Ltd. Manuscript and signed by the chairman.
