Fullerton Co., Paisley; built for Shetland Islands Steam Navigation Co., for service from Lerwick to Islands; renamed 1939 'Earl of Zetland II' on completion of new motor ship; sold 1946 to Anal Compania Proven Cia, Panama and named 'Anal', broken up in March 1950.
Description	Minutes of meetings and annual general meetings of the North of Scotland & Orkney and Shetland Steam Navigation Company, including the insured value for the hull, machinery and outfits for some of the main vessels (expiry date 20 February 1924). Loose sheets contain the following: agenda for annual general meetings of 3 March 1924, 2 March 1925, 1 March 1926; letter of 28 April 1922 regarding the boiler of the S.S. 'Earl of Zetland'; and lists of annual shareholders (1924 - 1927). Manuscript and signed by president or vice-president.
