| Administrative History | The Thudichum Medal Lectures of the Biochemical Society were inaugurated in 1974 to honour eminent scientists who had made outstanding contributions to neurochemistry and related subjects. They are named in honour of Professor J.L.W.Thudichum (1829-1901), a pioneer of brain chemistry.
Kosterlitz received the award in 1980. |
