Administrative History	The contents of the files suggest that Kosterlitz may have been employed on a consultancy basis with the German ? pharmacy company, C.H. Boehringer Sohn.
Description	The correspondence is principally concerned with results and analysis of tests undertaken by Kosterlitz on compounds sent to him by Boehringer. Some results sheets are marked as 'confidential'. There are also references to papers in preparation, lectures and visits. Correspondence from Boehringer is often in German. The files also contain copies typescripts of papers submitted by Boehringer to scientific and medical journals.
