Administrative History | There were four main Corporation depots: Queen's Cross, Mannofield, Woodside and King Street. Queen's Cross and Mannofield were both formerly depots of the Aberdeen District Tramways Company. Queen's Cross remained a depot predominantly for trams. Mannofield was converted to a bus depot in 1952 but closed in 1958, along with the depots at Queen's Cross, Woodside, Canal Road, the Beach and Torry. The whole of the bus fleet was then centralised in King Street. |
