i). Letter from the estate factor to Colonel Fraser expressing his concern at rent arrears. Humbly suggests that this is owing to the Colonel's great leniency in the past, and that he now press the tenants
ii). Plumber's account for installing a pump in the castle "with 6 feet of false barrel and 31 feet of pump pipe" totalling £28 6s 9d
iii). Bill for Mrs Fraser's purchase of a privy
iv). Account of the Blind Asylum for mattresses
v). Mason's accounts (2)
vi). Slater's accounts for re-slating the west wing at a cost of £24 11s
vii). Carpenter's accounts including a charge 'to making and mounting seven blinds for billiard room'

[There are also receipts for Frederick Fraser's expenses in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and London. He spent more than a year at 61 Jermyn Street, London. The bills are mainly for clothes, tea, wine, cigars and lodgings. He bought 43 pairs of gloves in eight months, hired a piano, spent 19s 6d on fireworks, £3 3s on a claymore and £7 15s on a gold bracelet. There is no factory account for this year]
