| Description | Information on the qualifications which were expected by the Club for the different memberships and the application for the Club. Annual accounts included with the minutes. Information about the different Club huts. Information about future indoor meets and excursions. Club elections at the Annual General Meeting. Notices to members who had not paid their membership subscriptions. List of new members at the beginning of meetings. Information about future excursions included. Discussion on whether members were qualified to become an ordinary member or stay an associate member. Committee informed of resignations of members. Officers bearers proposed new resolutions. Information about annual accounts and annual dinner. The club made enquiries about obtaining a Coat of Arms. Enquiries were also made to find accommodation for the club library. Library moved to Advocates Hall and there had been an increased use in the library since it moved there. The club also made invitations to various different people for the Club's annual dinner. The Club made an agreement with the Factor for the lease at Muir of Inverey. Discussions in 1966 on the lease for Derry Lodge and the decision was to keep the lese with an escape clause if the club was asked to carry out repairs on the Lodge. In 1967, it was then decided to terminate the lease of Derry Lodge Discussion on the Club acquiring the Old Hospital and Nurses' Home in Braemar. |
