| Custodial History | Many of the photographs were taken by Alexander Sutherland, a graduate of the University of Aberdeen (M.A. 1916), at the family farm in Nether Anguston, Peterculter. The albums had originally belonged to Mrs Alexander Sutherland of Bearsden, Glasgow, before they were in the hands of a solicitor, who gave them to Mrs Sheena Blackburn, Glasgow, for safe-keeping. |
