Description | Charter by Robert II to Willliam Burnard, son of Simon Burnard, of all the lands and pertinents in the forest of Drum, sherrifdom of Kincardine, formerly pertaining to said Simon and resigned by him, to be held by William and his heirs in fee and heredity for the service used and wont. Arbroath 26th December [1378]. With the precept of the same date following thereupon. Witnesses: William and John, chancellor, bishops of st.
