Confirmation by David II of charter, dated 28th March 1324 at Berwyck-on-Tweed, by Robert I to Alexander Burnard, of the land of Kellienachclerach, with lands in the forest of the same, for assistance in the conversion into a park of part of the forest of Drom; also a part of the king's lands of the two Cardenys in compensation for the loss of the office of keeper of the forest, taken from him and granted to William de Irwyn, subject to reddendo of a chalder of oatmeal for upkeep of the park. Scone 17th November 1358. Witnesses: William, bishop of St. Andrews, Patrick, bishop of Brechin, chancellor, Robert, seneschal of Scotland, earl Patrick of Strathearn, Patrick, earl of March and Moray, Robert de Erskyn and John de Preston, knights.
