Certificate signed by E. Mosely, F. Ker, and James Lermont, in name of commissioners for allowing and determining claims out of confiscated estates in Scotland, to commissioners entrusted with estates of several excepted persons in Scotland, that Sir Alexander Burnett of Leys claims out of estate of William, Earl Marischal, 57,090 merks scots, due by wadset, 13 May 1642, wherefore commissioners allow said Sir Alexander as a person capable of benefit of ordinance of pardon and grace, real right of town and lands of barony of Strachane and Culpersache, in lordship of Inverugie, sheriffdom of Kincardine, 12 December 1656.

Some overtures in relation to industry and trade with regard to what is necessary for promoting and encouraging of the one and regulating the other, according to the present standing laws and powers given to the Council of Trade thereanent, (1705). Unsigned.

Acquittance by John Chartouris of Kynfawnis of 10 merks scots as feumaill of wester half of town and lands of Cormoir, martinmass 1575 and whitsunday 1576, from Mr Thomas (?Burnet). At the Peill of Lumphanan, 28 July 1576.
