Agreement between Sir Alexander Burnett of Leyes, kt., bt., and Mr George Gordoun, whereby said Sir Alexander is to pay George's debts, providing they do not exceed 220 merks scots, to take him into his own house and family, and entertain him during his lifetime at his own table, with a suit of clothes once a year, 'and incaise they fall at variance together so that the said Mr George shall choyse rather to live by himself alone rather then in family with the said Sir Alexander then and in that caise the said Sir Alexander binds and obeldiges himself to give to give to the said Mr George yeirlie during his lyfetime ane house in Banchorie to dwell in with fiftie merks money yeirlie ane halfe chalder of victuall', etc. 22 October 1662.

Account due by Sir Thomas Burnet of Leyes, bt., to David Sherref, for six Dantzig planks at 3s 6d each, and a very large cupboard at 5 guineas, paid at Crathes, 11 August 1764.

Account sent to Tim. and Charles Topping, London, for ryegrass and red clover seed, 23 March 1756.

Notarially attested note that the Tutor of Leyes numbered trees within garden of Pittinkerie, extending to seventeen score and eight, 2 May 1666.
