Contract between Sir Alexander Burnet of Leyes, bt., and Robert Burnet his son whereby said Sir Alexander binds himself not to demand more from rents of estate, having signed a factory of the whole estate for two years and crops, same date, than what is there agreed upon, and to deliver to Robert the whole stocking of the Mains of Crathes, in return for 200 merks scots, 15th December 1744.
