Inventory of goods and gear taken from Andrew Burnett in Eslie by the Marquess of Montrose and his followers in September and October 1644.

Inhibition by the commissaries of Aberdeen at the instance of Sir Thomas Burnett of Leys against the heritors and parishioners of the parish of Banchory-Ternan prohibiring them from intromitting with the teinds of the said parish for 1642.

Extract of court held by John, Archbishop of St Andrews, before which Alexander Burnett of Leys and Janet Hamyltoun, his spouse, exhibited their charter by the Archbishop of St Andrews dated 6 November 1546 of the lands of Gulbery and half lands of Kirktoun of Banquhary in the barony of Rescaby and regality of St Andrews. St Andrews, 26 March 1569.
