Account due by Sir Alexander Burnet of Layes to John Lunan, glazier in aberdeen, for glass, (lozenges, crown and common glass) 1742.

Letter from Al. Burnett to Thomas Innes, Writer to the Signet, Glasgow 29 April 1777. Wishes money and asks for a letter of credit as 'the students here do not in general meet with much credit'.

Tack by Sir Thomas Burnet of Leyis, kt., bt., to Anna Burnet, his daughter, as her patrimony, of town and lands of Dilbreck and Hillock of Biddelphen and Bogendroipe but not the Haugh of Biddelphin as it belongs to Helen, and others, for 19 years and then from 19 years to 19 years as long as granter has right to the said lands, 29 October 1652.

Copy of account for wines as yet unpaid owed by deceased William Kilmeny, 1626.

Account of personal and household expenditure in London 1641 - 3, disbursed by David Buchanan, part of it in another hand in French. Persons mentioned in it include Lord John and Lord Bernard Stuart, brothers of the the Duke of Lennox and Richmond. The money was paid by Mr Scroope.

Part 3.

Account, charge and discharge between the Laird of Balfour and James Marshall, 1696.

Indenture between Captain Alexander Keith, commander of ship called the 'Marischall' of Montrose, and William Burnet, son of William Burnet of Creigie, to learn the art of navigation and seafaring trade, for 4 years, 1 April 1729. Endorsed with discharge 31 July 1730.
