7. Incomplete contract (or copy) between John Chartouris of Kynfawnis, on one part, and Alexander Burnet of Craigmill, Andrew Burnet of Eister Camphell, William Burnet, their brother, and William Law in Wester Camphell on other part, whereby said John as retoured heir to deceased James Chartouris his brother, in lands and barony of Lumphanane, will get a precept from chancery to be seised therein before 1 October next to come, and then, within 15 days, will infeft the others in their lands (specified), 3 August 1563.
