13 - Decreet of Lords of Council and Session at instance of Sir Thomas Burnett of Leys against Alexander Burnett, younger of Kemnay, and Robert Aberdeen, heirs of line of Sir Robert Burnett of Leys, their uncle, ordaining latter to dispone the lands of Camphell and others to said Sir Thomas as heir mae, in accordance with decreet of preference dated 1767, 10th February 1773.
