Bonds and legal paprs, 17-18th centuries. Including:

Tack by Sir Alexander Burnet of Leys, bt, to James Molyson at Milne of Crathes, of town and lands of Candieshill with mill and mill lands of Crathes commonly called Waulkmilne, for 19 years, 23rd August 1731.

Discharge by Elizabeth Andersoune, mistress of the women's school at Banchory Ternan, to Sir Thomas Burnett of Leys, of £20 scots as a year's annualrent of 500 merks allowd to granter for teaching said school, martinmas 1706 to 1707, 19th November 1707.

Tack by Sir Thomas Burnett of Leys, kt,bt,to george Murray in Hillhead of Muchals, of half town and lands of Hillhead for 6 years and 6 completed crops, 22nd December 1679.

Indenture between William Cruickshank, provost of Aberdeen, and Alexander Burnet, son of Sir Alexander Burnet of Leys, to learn trade of merchantise and art belonging thereto, for 3 years, 27th August, 1729.
Endorsed with discharge, 15th November 1731.
