Including; Discharge by James Thome, collector depute to the Marquess of Hamiltoun's taxations and feu duties to the north, to Sir Thomas Burnet of Leys , £32 for his part of relief of said Marquess for his tiend and fermes of Banchory Trinitie,third term's payment, and another £10 13s 4d as fourth and final payment, 10th June 1637.
Bond signed by various members of Committee of Estates to repay to Sir Gordoun of Laischmoir for silverwork given in amounting to £690 Scots, for the public use 16th January 1641.
