Tack by Sir Thomas Burnet of Leys,KT,Bt., to helen Burnet, daughter of granter and Dame Jean Moncreefe,his spouse, as patrimony, of town and lands called Tillquhomery, and others, for 19 years and then for other 19 years as long as granter has right to said lands, 29th October 1652. Subscribed with note "the assedation will be found registrat in my private register in a book in Leys, in my neather studdy in the chamber wher did ordinarly lyie, fol 12 and 13, dated 29th October 1652."
