3. Instrument of sasine following on precept. 5th February 1583/4, by Alexander Burnett, his son, in lands of Cragour and mill of Camphell, in lordship of O'Neill, barony of lumohanon, sheriffdom of Aberdeen, 22nd August 1585.

5. Dischaerge by William Jaffrey, burgess of Aberdeen, to Duncan Daveson, of £3 16d. scots as 19 years' mail of lands of Brigend from 1533, 29th August 1562. With similar discharge, 23rd September 1564.
