Assignation and disposition by Sir Thomas and Gilbert Burnett, sons of deceased Mr Robert Burnett of Crimond (Lord Crimond), in favour of Mr Robert Burnett of Colpna, a heritable bond on the lands of Muchals for 10000 merks granted by Sir Alexander Burnett to Crimond, his great-uncle, in 1660. 18 November 1664.

Copy tack by Sir Thomas Burnet of Leys to Anna Burnett his daughter, as patrimony, of town and lands of Dilbreak and Hillocke thereof, Bredelphen and Bregendrux, (but not the haugh of Biddelphine, it belongs to Helen) and other lands all within sheriffdom of Kincardine in the Mearns, parish of Strachan, for 19 years, and after expiry of same, for another 19 years as long as the granter has the right to said lands, etc. 29 October 1852.
