DescriptionBundle of photographic prints, consisting of two groups:

46 prints on postcard paper, most with photographer's stamp in Arabic on reverse and with description in Arabic [language, i.e. not Turkish in Arabic script] writen on front. The subjects are mainly carvings and Arabic calligraphy, with only a few Greek inscriptions. A few have pencilled references to konya on the reverse, e.g. "Konya Seljuk carving"

36 prints of various sizes, some of landscapes or sites, but most showing inscriptions. Some of the latter have been cut down as for publication. Many have reference numbers: several have a short numbered code matching MAMA volumel VI; for example VI.22 = MVI.22. However not all are exactly matche; for instance, VI.319 = MVI 327. Other prints have further cross references to journals, eg R. Phil = Révue Philologie. One print is unnumbered in the fashion of the others, though containing a circled number (25) on the back (=MVI.25). S Others without references have descriptions in French, for example "Medet. Détail du soubassement antique de la mosquée".

An associated envelope is marked in pencil "Photos. Asia Minor?" and in blue pencil "Mainly Konya Museum (Prints)

Also an envelop with various notations containing three negatives, apparently prsonal photographs.
