Bundle with old label:"XII James Blaikie's feu. Burgage", containing feu charter in favour of James Blaikie 1817 over burgage land in Inverurie and disposition by John Blaikie to the Earl of Kintore 1838; with separate bundle of writs of the same land from disposition by John Stephen to James Stephen of land on the east side of Inverurie 1785 to sasine in favour of the Earl of Kintore 1849
Unlabelled bundle: disposition of one and a half roods of land on the east side of Inverurie by John Thomson to William Davidson 1765, with subsequent writs of the same land to its disposition by William Meston to the Earl of Kintore 1835 and sasines in favour of the Earl of Kintore to 1848
