| Description | Eleven bundles of writs, some containing sub-bundles and three containing a single item, marked "Ardtannes &c." and containing writs of lands of Ardtannes from 1571 but also writs of other lands in and about Inverurie and Kintore. Most of the bundles have mid-19th-century labels indicating that the lands, acquired from various proprietors, have been included in the entail of 1793. The sub-series also includes an agreement on marches between Lord Kintore and Lord Inverurie dated 25 August 1686. |
