DescriptionInstruments of premonition taken at Carnbulge by John Mackeson, N.P., on compearance of Andrew Fraser of Staneywood now heritable proprietor of lands and barony ofCairnbulg as having rights to reversion and redemption of lands mentioned by translation etc. by Alex. Fraser sometime of Durris and his son, Robert, who were granted assignation thereto by Sir Alex. Fraser of Fraserburgh. Premonition intimated to Robert Stewart in Innernorth to come to Fraserburgh parish kirk on 3 June 1620to receive £1000 Sc. from Fraser of Staneywood and letter of tack ofF 12 oxgang of land of Innernorth on its south side in parish of Rathen & barony of Phillorth for 1 year from redemption. Original reversion granted 4 July and 7 Aug 1609 by Stewart & his late wife, Beatrice Cumming - see 54 and 55 and 300/5.
