| Description | Contract stated that between the parties, for £1,000 Sc. Fraser was to infeft Stewart and his wife in 12 oxgang of land on the south side of Innernorth (land then occupied by John Birnie), with 4 oxgang adjacent occupied by Alex. Smyth, all in barony of Phillorth and parish of Rathen, feu charteretc. to be granted held of Fraser and his heirs for 10 merks feuduty yearly, etc., redeemable for £1000 Sc. and 1 year tack after redemption for 3 chalders victual, etc., etc.
