| Description | Printed pp26 [Charles Fraser was son and heir of William Fraser of Inverallochy] "Petitioner has been called upon in a Process of Reduction and Improbation at the Instance of Elizabeth Skene, and Adjudger upon a Debt due by Lord Fraser, the ancient proprietor of the Barony of Muchall, to produce his titles to these Lands, in the peaceable and uninterrupted Possession of which heard (?) his Father; and the Earls of Mar their Authors, have continued ever since the Year 1676, in virtue of absolute titles. The petitioner requested their lordships "to alter the Lord Ordinary's two last interlocutors and to find that the titles produces by the petitioner, are sufficient to give him an exclusive Right to the Lands in question and that his Right cannot now be challenged by the Pursuer, a Creditor of Lord Fraser the ancient (?)
