(of adjudication raised at the instance of John Rae, merchant in Aberdeen & Elizabeth Fraser, his spouse following in decreet obtained by them on 18th Feb.1704 against William Fraser, now of Inverallochy, brother of deceased Alex. Fraser of Inverallochy, as served heir to him, respecting payment of bond of 28 Nov. 1696 granted by the late Alex. Fraser for 4000 merks payable on marriage of Elizabeth Fraser - registered at Aberdeen, 18th July 1701 following on marriage contract of 15 Feb. 1701. Principal & interest from that date is demanded. Lands in which infeftment & etc. is demanded until debt is paid include Mains of Inverallochy, Gateside, Blackfold, Craigiepots, Lochfold, mills and Seatoun of Inverallochy, reversions etc. etc.
Summoned with Fraser to appear 15 June or 22 June to answer etc.
