In dorso is allowance granted at Edinburgh on 22 Aug 1676 by lords of council and session for infeftment to be expede under Great Seal i favour of Andrew Watson , bailie in "Peitterheid "[Peterhead] in lands of Stoneywood etc., "Muchall" etc.etc. belonging to Charles, now Lord Fraser, as security for unpaid debt of £1104:6:2 Duly signed.
Letters had been obtained charging Charles, Lord Fraser to enter heir in special to his late father, Andrew, Lord Fraser, in lands of barony of Stoneywood etc. etc. within 40 days of (their) execution on 19 April 1676 to allow action & decreet of adjudication against Charles, Lord Fraser for payment of sums owing - £733:12:10 Sc. principal plus outstanding interest to whit 1676 and expenses totalling in all to £1104:6:2. |
