Listed are legal fees etc. in actions before the exchequer & other courts in Edinburgh regarding "false dispositions" from the "tutor" pursued by Captain Barclay.Followed by a/c of debursements by Col. Fullertoun & Enterkin from 24 Apr. after the tutor of Towie was taken till 2nd June 1669 & of disbursements by them from 10 July 1669.
