| Description | Letters of tack granted at Aberdeen by Andrew Burnet, burgess od Aberdeen, wadsetter of lands concerned in favour of Francis Fraser of Kinmundie, respecting the lands of Dores [Durris], Over and Nether Mains with house, portalice etc., Castletoun of Durris etc. in barony of Durris and sheriffdom of Kincardine, with kirktoun of Durris etc. for 7 years from Whit 1661. In return for tack, Fraser (Andrew, lord Fraser - being his cautioner) is to pay ?2250 merks yearly, 24 bolls meal, 20 wedders or £3 Sc. apiece, 5 dozen capons @ £4 Sc. per dozen, 5 doz. poultry, and .... geese as additional duty.
