Harper and his wife Isobel Keillo respecting 6000 merks & wadset of Easter Gight etc. in barony of Muchall now [Andrew, Lord Fraser being deceased and succeeded in the title by the Master of Fraser] Harper had paid the present Lord Fraser a certain sum & Fraser promises to have himself retoured heir to his father in barony of Muchall etc. to be held of immediate superiors and ratify Harper's infeftment in lands wadset and renounce in Harper's favour reversion rights in earlier contract and grant him fresh infeftment & new charters etc. Granted at Aberdeen[?] on 15 July 1658.
