Noted (to be found) are assignation by Wm.(?) Fraser of (?)Fraserburgh in favour of Lord Fraser of gift of escheat of Laurence Sinclair of Burghead & Jean Bruce , his mother, put to horn at instance of James Sinclair of scalloway 1631/1632 & decreet of removing of 13 mar. 1635. Gift under privy seal is dated 17 Feb. 1636 whereupon decreet of equal declarator passed at Fraserfield's instance by Sir Thomas ............ ,advocate on 15 Jan. (or June) 1636. Assignation dated 29 Nov. 1638. |
