| Description | Two printed petitions presented in 1st Division of the Court of session by George Forsyth Duthie, sometime schoolmaster, Woodside, near Aberdeen, and John Moir, farmer, Woodside, near Aberdeen, for appointment of oversman, both dated 20th October 1904. George J. Walker and Robt. G. Wilson had accepted office of arbiters in minute of 14th October 1904 but failed to agree in nomination of an oversman.
