Description | Disposition granted by Alexander Donaldson, now of Hiltoune, with consent of his mother, Margaret Donaldson, wife of the late John Donaldson, sometime of Hiltoune, and of Gilbert, Elizabeth and Jean Donaldson, in favour of William Moir, advocate, and his wife Isobel Alexander, similar to 95 supra. [part of right hand portion of 1st sheet now missing & consequent thereupon in further ratification & confirmation, the names of John Gordon of Buckie & Duncan Donaldson, merchant in Aberdeen are added as consenting (in respect of rights under apprisings etc.) & additional clauses added (seeing Donaldson had not yet been retoured heir to his father) for this to be done furth of Chancery.
