[part of right hand portion of 1st sheet now missing & consequent thereupon in further ratification & confirmation, the names of John Gordon of Buckie & Duncan Donaldson, merchant in Aberdeen are added as consenting (in respect of rights under apprisings etc.) & additional clauses added (seeing Donaldson had not yet been retoured heir to his father) for this to be done furth of Chancery.
