| Description | Extract (made bySir John Foulis or Ravelstoune, clerk depute to the registration of dispositions of annuities) of registration in books of exchequer made at Edinburgh on 3 Jan. 1662 at instance of Sir John Fletcher, HM advocate as procurator for John, Earl of Loudaun & other commissioners of Exchequer, of disposition by Loudoun respecting annuity due to Crown from tiends (as in act of Parliament of June 1633) & commission to Loudoun under Great Seal at York on 7 May 1642 & ratification by present King, Chas. II of 7 Aug. 1660 to John Donaldson of Hiltoune respecting annuities thus due to Crown from tiends of lands of Hiltoune including Kinharrachie, Little Arnage, Doupmilne, Kirkhill, Blindburne,Elphin, Toddilhills, Tillidesk in parish of Ellon, Little Drumwhyndle in parish of Methlick now disponed to him for sum of £992.8 Sc. Disposition signed at New Mylnes and Edinburgh on 20 & 26 Dec. 1661 by E. of Loudoun and James Leslie & James Robertson, two of the commissioners of exchequer duly witnessed.
