DescriptionDisposition in favour of John Donaldson of Hiltoune and Margaret Donaldson, his wife. Donaldsons in disposition of 4 Feb, 1643 for 7200 merks paid by Gordon had conveyed to him (theirs) Cauldwalls & Peltachie ( with part of multures in barony of Ardgraine in parish of Ellon & also lands of Toddlehills (one of the pendicles of Tillidesk) with right to tack of tiendsheaves of Toddelhills granted by late Walter, Abbot of Kinloss to late Wm. Walter & Thomas Cheyne of Arnage of 14 May 1587 etc.. Gordon had never been publicly infeft and now in payment by Donaldson of 2800 merks Gordon reconveys to him Toddilhills plus rights to tiendsheaves thereof and grants procuratory of resignation ad remanentiam to extinguish the base holding. by Gordon from Donaldson created by earlier disposition. Duly signed and witnessed at Aberdeen. On paper in O.Sc.Old refs. 3, 13.
