| Description | Renunciation and grant of redemption by Andrew Cruickshank N.P. and Isobel Gordon, his wife and daughters Agnes and Jean in favour of John Donaldson, merchant burgess of Aberdeen, consequent upon 10 Dec. 1635 contract between them and John Gordon of Buckie, elder and younger by whicch they were wadset for 3,000 merks, lands of Neddermylne of Arnage called Doupmylne in barony ofHilltoune redeemable for said sum. On redemption now by John Donaldson, Gordon's assignee by payment of 3,000 merks and £100 Sc., 25 bolls oatmeal, 2 doz. hens &?[can't read for @ rent and duty for 1638, renunciation etc. Granted to Donaldson accordingly.
